What happens when we select multiple categories?  What happens when we try to edit those categories?

On event creation:  Selected bike, boat, climb, social.  Displayed on calendar as a social event / color

Edit event:  Tried to remove social.  Returns “event updated” but social category was not removed.

Edit event:  Tried to swap categories to instead be canyoneer, conservation, hike, run.  Returns “event updated” but site only added the new categories, did not remove the old categories.  In the calendar UI – both the “event category” filter and the “Browse by category” color filter will show this event for something other than “Social” – i.e. filtering on conservation still shows this event.

Findings:  Site selects the last alphanumeric category in the list of categories as the display event.  Event categories are not able to be removed once associated to an event.  Recommend a discussion on desired behavior and technical trade space (i.e. do we want to constrain events to single category?  Will we need to advise that categories cannot be changed once an event is created?)
